EUMR X Emory Medical School Suture Lab

Last December, we hosted our Seventh Annual Suture Lab in collaboration with the Emory School of Medicine’s Women In Surgery at Emory Residencies (WISER) Podcast Executive Board! Fourth-year medical students demonstrated essential suturing techniques using pigs’ feet, giving attendees a hands-on opportunity to practice and refine their skills. Participants engaged in interactive Q&A sessions about surgical techniques and the medical school journey. The event concluded with a suturing competition, where students put their skills to the test, judged by our medical student mentors. Thank you to everyone who attended and made this event a success!
